1. Dispute Window
Disputes must be opened within:
24 HOURS OF DELIVERY

Once the 24-hour dispute window closes, NO FURTHER DISPUTES CAN BE OPENED for that order. The transaction will be considered complete and final.

2. Valid Reasons for Disputes

You may open a dispute within 24 hours of delivery only for these reasons:

Invalid Code
The product code doesn't work
Already Used Product
The code has already been redeemed
Wrong Product
Different product than ordered
Region Mismatch
Product not compatible with your region

Seller has 12 hours to respond to the dispute

If unresolved, admin reviews the case

Final Decision
Admin makes final decision within 48–72 hours
Admin Decision is FINAL: All dispute resolutions decided by Gamercave.pk administration are final and binding. By using our platform, you agree to accept and abide by all admin decisions without exception.
4. Important Rules

  • Admin decisions are FINAL and cannot be appealed

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Disputes opened after the 24-hour window (automatically rejected)
  • Buyer's remorse (product works as described)
  • Technical issues on buyer's end (wrong account region, user error)
  • Products that were successfully delivered and verified working
  • Any reason not listed in "Valid Reasons for Disputes" section

8. Chargebacks
WARNING: Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider will result in IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT ACCOUNT SUSPENSION. All disputes MUST be handled through our platform's dispute resolution system.
