Buying
To purchase a product, simply browse to the product page, select quantity, and click "Buy Now". You will be redirected to checkout where you can confirm your purchase. Funds will be deducted from your vault balance.
We accept payments via vault balance, which you can fund through bank transfers, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and other supported payment methods.
Delivery time depends on the product type. Auto-delivery products are delivered instantly. Manual delivery products may take up to 24 hours as stated on the product page.
Selling
To become a seller, go to your dashboard and click on "Become a Seller". You will need to submit your CNIC/NICOPA, bank details, and other required documents for verification.
Vault
You can add funds by going to Vault > Add Funds and selecting your preferred payment method. Follow the instructions to complete the deposit.
To withdraw funds, go to Vault > Withdraw, enter the amount, and select your verified bank account. Withdrawals typically take 1-3 business days to process.
The vault is your digital wallet on Gamercave.pk. You can add funds to your vault and use them to make purchases. Sellers receive payments in their vault, which they can withdraw to their bank accounts.
Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, go to your orders page, find the order, and click on "Open Dispute". Provide details about the issue and our team will assist you.
If you receive an invalid or used code, please open a dispute immediately from your orders page. Provide details and screenshots if possible. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue.
